Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Place the salmon, asparagus, and tomatoes on the tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the Salmon Seasoning over everything. Toss the vegetables gently to coat them
Arrange the salmon in the centre and roast for 10–12 minutes
