BBQ ROASTED CORN ON THE COB
A fantastic vegetarian option. The smokiness of the paprika and the sweetness of the sugar make the corn sing.

Corn Cobs

Softened Butter

Pork Rub by Goodness In A Bowl

Instructions
Butter Mix: Stir the Pork Rub into the softened butter until well combined
Apply: Smear the seasoned butter all over the corn cobs
Cook: Wrap each cob in foil and roast in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or place directly on a BBQ grill until charred and tender
