Instructions
Boil: Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
Mix Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, mustard, and Vegetable Seasoning. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the dried herbs and lemon peel can rehydrate in the dressing.
