Ingredients

  • 2 Thick-cut PorkChops
  • 1 tbsp Pork Rub by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Season: Coat the pork chops evenly with the Pork Rub blend, pressing it in with your fingers.
  • Sear: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chops for 5 minutes per side.
  • Glaze: In the final 2 minutes of cooking, drizzle the honey over the chops. It will mingle with the spices and create a sticky, glossy glaze.
  • Rest: Allow the meat to rest for 3 minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
