SMOKY BBQ POTATO SKINS

Crispy, smoky, and dangerously addictive. These potato skins use the Burger Seasoning blend to provide a barbecue-style kick that pairs perfectly with melted cheese and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Baking Potatoes (halved)
  • 1 tbsp Burger Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 100 g Grated Cheddar

To serve: Spring onions and sour cream

Instructions

  • Prep: Scoop most of the flesh out of the baked potato halves, leaving about 5mm of potato on the skin.
  • Brush: Brush the inside and outside with melted butter and sprinkle generously with the Burger Seasoning.
  • Crisp: Bake at 220°C (200°C fan) for 10–15 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Melt: Fill with cheese and return to the oven for 2 minutes until bubbling.

Notes

The potato starch reacts beautifully with the onion and garlic powder in Burger Seasoning blend.
