Ingredients
4Large Baking Potatoes(halved)
1tbspBurger Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl(see Notes below to shop)
2tbspMelted Butter
100gGrated Cheddar
To serve: Spring onions and sour cream
Instructions
Prep: Scoop most of the flesh out of the baked potato halves, leaving about 5mm of potato on the skin.
Brush: Brush the inside and outside with melted butter and sprinkle generously with the Burger Seasoning.
Crisp: Bake at 220°C (200°C fan) for 10–15 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
Melt: Fill with cheese and return to the oven for 2 minutes until bubbling.
Notes
The potato starch reacts beautifully with the onion and garlic powder in Burger Seasoning blend.
