SMOKY GARLIC & HERB PRAWN SKEWERS

Quick, zesty, and full of flavour. These skewers are an ideal starter or BBQ addition.

Equipment

  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 200 g Raw King Prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp Salmon Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter or Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Marinate: Toss the prawns in the melted butter and Salmon Seasoning. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
  • Thread: Thread the prawns onto the skewers.
  • Grill: Grill on a high heat (griddle pan or BBQ) for 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

Notes

The sugar in the Salmon Seasoning blend helps the prawns char quickly without overcooking.
