Ingredients
500gHigh Quality Beef Mince15/20% fat is best
2tbspBurger Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl(see Notes below to shop)
1tbspWorcestershire Sauce(optional)
4Brioche Bun
Toppings: Sharp Cheddar, Red Onion, Gherkins
Instructions
Combine: In a large bowl, gently mix the beef mince with the Burger Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Do not overwork the meat; keep it light for a tender texture.
Shape: Form into 4 thick patties. Use your thumb to make a small indentation in the centre of each—this prevents the burger from "doming" during cooking.
Chill: For the best results, chill the patties in the fridge for 20 minutes to let the dried herbs rehydrate and the flavours meld.
Sear: Heat a griddle pan or BBQ to high. Cook the burgers for 3–4 minutes per side for a juicy medium finish.
Rest: Allow the burgers to rest for 2 minutes before placing them in the buns.
