My journey began in the heart of my family kitchen in Italy, where the ritual of cooking was more than just preparing food—it was an expression of love and tradition. Growing up surrounded by the aromas of authentic Mediterranean flavours, I learned early on that the simplest ingredients, when chosen with care, can create the most extraordinary experiences.
