However, as these are natural, hand-crafted products made with dehydrated ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma, or texture may occur between batches.
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, regional delivery restrictions, or errors in pricing/product descriptions.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- Payment is securely processed via our third-party payment gateways (Stripe and/or PayPal).

5. Right to Cancel and Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
- In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, your rights regarding cancellations and returns are as follows:
- General Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
- Exclusion for Food Products: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items/packaging if the protective seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with after delivery.
- Damaged or Broken Goods: Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If any items/packaging arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To help us process your request quickly, please send a clear photograph of the damaged item and its original packaging via our Contact Page or email.
- We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for any item that arrives broken, at no extra cost to you.
6. Allergen Information and Limitation of Liability
Allergen Warning: It is the customer’s strict responsibility to check the ingredients list of each blend for potential allergens before consumption. Our products are prepared and packaged in a facility that handles milk, nuts, sesame, mustard, cereals containing gluten, soya, and sulphur dioxide.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodness in a Bowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the misuse or consumption of our products.
