PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date:29/06/2026

Who we are

Our website address is: https://goodnessinabowl.co.uk.
We specialise in premium artisanal food specialities crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. These ingredients are carefully processed in our dehydrator within our dedicated facility and expertly blended according to our proprietary recipes to achieve the final product. Our range includes high-quality spice blends, meticulously prepared and stored in clear glass containers to preserve their maximum freshness, nutrition, and aroma.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information under the following legal bases in accordance with the UK GDPR, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act (DUAA):

Your explicit consent: (e.g. when you actively leave a comment or opt-in to specific tracking).

The performance of a contract: (e.g. to process, bill, and deliver your spice blend orders).

Our legitimate interests: (e.g. to monitor website security, prevent spam/fraud, and conduct direct marketing via our newsletter, provided you have not opted out).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
