SMOKY BBQ SWEET POTATO WEDGES
The smoky, garlic-heavy notes of Chicken Seasoning blend turn simple sweet potatoes into a gourmet side dish. These are far superior to store-bought frozen wedges!

Ingredients
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (cut into thick wedges)
- 2 tbsp Chicken Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Coat: In a large bowl, toss the wedges with the oil. In a separate small bowl, mix the Chicken Seasoning with the cornflour.
- Dust: Sprinkle the dry mix over the oiled wedges and toss until they look "dusty" and evenly coated.
- Bake: Spread on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake at 210°C (190°C fan) for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until the edges are dark and crispy.
Notes
A vegetarian winner. The smoked paprika and sugar in Chicken Seasoning blend are the perfect match for the natural sweetness of the potato.
