SMOKY BBQ SWEET POTATO WEDGES

The smoky, garlic-heavy notes of Chicken Seasoning blend turn simple sweet potatoes into a gourmet side dish. These are far superior to store-bought frozen wedges!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (cut into thick wedges)
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Coat: In a large bowl, toss the wedges with the oil. In a separate small bowl, mix the Chicken Seasoning with the cornflour.
  • Dust: Sprinkle the dry mix over the oiled wedges and toss until they look "dusty" and evenly coated.
  • Bake: Spread on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake at 210°C (190°C fan) for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until the edges are dark and crispy.

Notes

A vegetarian winner. The smoked paprika and sugar in Chicken Seasoning blend are the perfect match for the natural sweetness of the potato.
The combination of Brown Sugar with both Sweet and Smoked Paprika creates that sought-after “Barbecue” or “Rotisserie” finish—sweet, smoky, and deeply golden.
