2. Products and Orders

• Product Descriptions: We take great care to ensure that our spice blends and clear glass jars are described accurately. However, as these are artisanal products, slight variations in colour or texture may occur.
• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability or errors in pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£).
• Payment is processed securely via our third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Orders are typically processed within 2/3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

• General Right: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Exclusion for Food Products: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of spice blends if the protective seal on the glass jar has been broken or tampered with after delivery.
• Damaged Goods: If your glass jar arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at customer@goodnessinabowl.co.uk within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Goodness in a Bowl shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredients list for potential allergens before consumption. Our blends are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts, sesame, mustard, cereals containing gluten, soya, and sulphur dioxide.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
