Ingredients
  

  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 bunch Asparagus woody ends trimmed
  • 150 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Salmon Seasoning by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
  • 2 tbps Olive Oil extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Place the salmon, asparagus, and tomatoes on the tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the Salmon Seasoning over everything. Toss the vegetables gently to coat them
  • Arrange the salmon in the centre and roast for 10–12 minutes
  • Finish: The tomatoes will have burst, creating a natural sauce that mingles with the garlic and mustard powder from your seasoning
