
BBQ ROASTED CORN ON THE COB
A fantastic vegetarian option. The smokiness of the paprika and the sweetness of the sugar make the corn sing.

- Foil
- Oven (or BBQ grill)
Ingredients
- 4 Corn Cobs
- 50 g Softened Butter
- 1 tbsp Pork Rub by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)
Instructions
- Butter Mix: Stir the Pork Rub into the softened butter until well combined
- Apply: Smear the seasoned butter all over the corn cobs
- Cook: Wrap each cob in foil and roast in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or place directly on a BBQ grill until charred and tender
