BBQ ROASTED CORN ON THE COB

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Corn Cobs
  • 50 g Softened Butter
  • 1 tbsp Pork Rub by Goodness In A Bowl (see Notes below to shop)

Instructions
 

  • Butter Mix: Stir the Pork Rub into the softened butter until well combined
  • Apply: Smear the seasoned butter all over the corn cobs
  • Cook: Wrap each cob in foil and roast in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or place directly on a BBQ grill until charred and tender
